Boiler Problem             

Dear Residents

 There have been a number of instances where the Elson boilers thermal fuse has blown a hole in the pocket of the immersion heater  causing flooding, the water must be turned off immediately or the ball cock secured up woods otherwise the boiler will empty and continually refill.

 This system has now been redesigned without the thermal fuse and it is recommended that new immersion heaters should be installed to overcome this potential problem

WCRA is trying to make arrangement to have all boiler checked. We shall inform you again as soon as we have more information.
