Boiler heating elements Replacement

Dear Lessees,
ELSON BOILERS
An incident has occurred today due to an unchecked boiler that has caused widespread flooding in Block 1. This has caused extensive damage to the electric's, entry phone system, aerial system and other flats.
We are now carrying out a compulsory boiler checks in every apartment. If you do not want this to be done, you MUST fill in details in the bottom of this letter and return it to the porter's desk or email us the details, by Friday 11 July 2003. (checks will be commencing shortly thereafter.)
If your boiler elements need to be changed, the work will be undertaken and the cost recharged to the flat owners individual service charge account. We are anticipating the work to cost under £150.00.
