SHARE TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS.
Willmotts sent out the share certificates and refunds to lessees who had paid in excess of £765.24 On Friday the 9th May.
NEW BOARD MEMBER
We would welcome applications to join the board from shareholders with architect surveyors or building and construction experience, these skills will complement the existing board members.

NEW PROJECTS
Work has now started on painting the main entrance gates and railings.
Quotations are being processed to: -
· Re-tarmac and replace the bollards outside the Worple Rd entrance.
· Fit a security entry system between the Worple Road door and block 1
· Magnetic locks to improve the locking system between block doors at ground floor level.
· Window cleaning all communal areas by abseil access.
· Remove graffiti on Raymond road walls.
