UPDATE FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER O3
AGM 11th FEBRUARY 2004
AGM date has been moved to the 11th of February 2004. Full details will be enclosed in the proxy pack together with the directors board report to be sent out to all shareholders in January.
We invite all shareholders to come along and discuss the issues that have been raised this year, and to hear about the boards plans to secure the financial arrangements for WCRA Ltd and to ensure value for money for our service charges.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Planning applications have been made to Merton council by flats 151, 153 and 351. No formal application has been made to WCRA as yet. More info…..
Roy England
Flat 131 has joined the WCRA Ltd board; Roy is a semi retired International Banker with considerable commercial experience and will bring these skills to the board.
2002 ACCOUNTS
2002 accounts have now been finalised and agreed and will be signed off this month. The delay has been due to the lack of information and co-operation from Boyd Johnson, the previous managing agents.
Main Gates
Due to constant operating problems, the main gates have now been converted to an electric mechanical system on the advice of our contactors.
Willmotts managing agents
Willmotts are pursuing their claim with Zurich to remedy the water egress in block 1
