ELSON BOILERS
Willmotts are writing to all lessees advising them that all boilers must be modified. This follows an incident this week in block 1 on the 3rd floor which flooded the hallway and the electrics causing many thousand pounds of damage.
Graffiti
We have been hit with more graffiti on the Worple Rd walls the council have tried twice to remove it but failed and we are going to use a specialist cleaner.
NEW PROJECTS
Worple Rd entrance.
Work will commence end July to replace the bollards. Pave and re-tarmac the adjacent areas.
Security lights and a No Loitering notice
will be fitted at the worple rd entrance.
Magnetic locks for walkway communal doors
1 lock and release button will be fitted to block 1 to test the system first
Competitive Wireless Broadband Internet Access system will be installed within the next few months All lessees will be notified when this is available.
