ELSON BOILERS

Most of these have now been modified the board and their advisers are considering what action to take against the suppliers.

MAGNETIC LOCKS

These are now being installed the sensors are still on test and if satisfactory will not require the use of a internal button to release the doors

WATER PUMPS

MODIFICATIONS ARE NECESSARY, WHICH WILL REQUIRE THAT THE WATER SUPPLY BE TURNED OFF FOR 24 HOURS. THE DATE IS EXPECTED TO BE ON WEDNESDAY 15 OCTOBER.  WILLMOTTS WILL NOTIFY ALL LESSEES.

EMERGENCY DOOR LOWER CAR PARK

This should be used only for EMERGENCY ONLY and not for an exit.

ONGOING PROJECTS

·        Replace bollards, pave and re-tarmac, delays with council contractors now estimated September.

·        Removal of Graffiti, specialised contractor due to complete this work during September.

·        Wireless Internet Access trial in progress.

 NEW PROJECTS

·        Canopy to protect cars under Horse-chesnut tree behind security office.

·        Security camera to be repositioned directly onto mailbox area for extra security.

·        Refuse area in Block 1: new procedure to collect rubbish; Wilmot’s will circulate details.
